The Sani-Tech® micro tubing line was created specifically for small, bench-top systems. A complete sanitary fluid system ideal for laboratory and R&D applications can be designed by combining sanitary ferrule connections with Sani-Pro® T (polypropylene) and/or Sani-Pro® K (PVDF) micro bore tubing and any of the micro components listed below.

• 3 mm, 6 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm (I.D.)

Micro Components
• Tees. Available in tee and cross tee styles
• Ferrules. Available in straight thru and reducing styles
• Valves. Options include manual diaphragm, air actuated
  diaphragm and 2, 3, 4, 5-way plug valves
• Sani-Pro® Luer Lock Valves. Available in 2-way and 3-way
  styles
• Reducers. Offered in concentric style
• Elbows. Choose from 45°, 90° or rigid 180° bend styles
• End Cap. In addition to the standard micro end cap, a
  Sani-Pro® micro end cap x grip handle is available
• Gasket.
• Clamps. Available in true union and push/pull styles

Note: Sani-Tech® pressure gauges are available with micro ends for use in bench-top systems, and a micro polysulfone sight gauge is also offered. The Sani-Tech® micro line also includes an aluminum spanner wrench set, which helps in the fabrication of complete systems.
