Sani-Tech® in-field fabrication equipment is designed for high-purity piping systems used in a variety of critical applications, including RO/DI water systems, USP and WFI water systems, and research labs and hospitals. These tools are designed for ease of use and convenience during system construction.

Sani-Tech® S.I.B.® 2 Fusion Tool
The Sani-Tech® S.I.B.® 2 fusion welding tool is a better way to install high-purity plastic piping systems. S.I.B.® (Smooth Inner Bore) technology creates a smooth interior surface at the tubing weld, eliminating all beads, crevices and intrusions into the fluid stream and reducing areas where contaminants and bacteria can collect; the surface finish of the welded area is typically less than 10Ra microinch.

Sani-Tech® Flange Forming Tool
The flange former is a bench-top tool that is designed to quickly and easily create a sanitary ferrule on polypropylene and PVDF tubing. The ferrules are connected using a sanitary gasket and Sani-Tech® true union clamps. The sanitary ferrules and pipe I.D. will match dimensionally to stainless steel sanitary ferrules for ease of connection to all equipment; however, connection to a 1" stainless steel sanitary ferrule requires the use of a molded adapter.

Sani-Tech® Bender Tool
This tool quickly and evenly heats Sani-Pro® T and Sani-Pro® K micro tubing (with or without ends), allowing the easy formation of 45°, 90° and 180° bends. Accommodates micro tubing sizes from 3 to 14.2 mm in diameter.

Sani-Tech® Fusion 5 System
This system is used to fuse sanitary connections onto Sani-Tech® micro tubing, creating crevice-free, sanitary small-diameter micro tubing systems. Accommodates Sani-Pro® T and Sani-Pro® K micro tubing sizes from 3 to 14.2 mm in diameter.
