Heat-Sealable and Weldable

Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics products that are heat-sealable and weldable eliminate the need for clamps and connectors and ensure smooth transitions between system components. Products with this feature give end users much-needed flexibility, enabling them to create customized process systems out of standard components.

Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics offers two devices designed to work with the products listed below. The C'eal-Flex® TPE Ultra Sealer is portable and is the only sealer on the market with a remote sealing head, making it easy to access the point of seal. The Connect-Flex® TPE tubing welder weighs only 25 pounds for easy handling, and is the only device available that can weld TPE tubing ranging in size from .375" to .750" OD without changing any fixtures.
