Types of Open-Top Tanks
• Flat-Bottom Cylindrical Tanks. All tanks come with covers.
Brim capacity 10% over. Fourteen sizes available,
ranging from 5-gallon to 1,000-gallon.
• Conical-Bottom Tanks. This design allows for complete
drainage and better dispersal of solids, and simplifies
installation of welded or bulkhead fittings. Available
in eight sizes, ranging from 10-gallon to 500-gallon.
• Rectangular Tanks. Offered with three flange styles:
stepped-flange, stepped-flange with ½" flat, and flat-
flange. These tanks have proven reliable in many
demanding applications, including plating, etching,
silicon wafer processing, circuit board production,
photofinishing, dry cleaning, metal parts degreasing,
chemical processing and wastewater treatment. Available
in ten depths. (8", 10", 12", 18", 20", 24", 30", 33",
36" and 48") and over 40 sizes.
• Cylindrical Tanks. Featuring a 6" threaded screw closure
with silicone gasket, these tanks protect contents from
contamination and spillage, and reduce evaporation. The
domed bottom offers good drainage. Available in 20-, 30-,
55- and 100-gallon sizes.
• Accessories. Options include tank stands, mixers, covers
and hinges, and installed, loose and bulkhead fittings.
